Protect Voting Rights!

HB 2438 would ban online voter registration tools unless personally endorsed by the Kansas Secretary of State and take away local control of election officials by banning them from accepting online voter registration from anywhere the SOS hasn't personally endorsed.

This law would go into effect immediately, but there would be no rules or regulations required for online voter registration tools to follow in order to be endorsed by the SOS until after the 2026 elections.
