No Qualified Immunity for ICE!

SB 452 would give ICE agents the authority to arrest and charge people if their vehicles are blocking the roadways or public property, would make it a crime to interfere with federal law enforcement officers carrying out federal immigration enforcement activities and would ensure federal law enforcement cannot be sued for intentional and/or negligent harm caused while engaged in immigration enforcement activities.It also requires the public to treat ICE agent vehicles like other emergency vehicles including but not limited to yielding, stopping, and moving over when they are engaged in ICE enforcement activity.

ICE is terrorizing communities across the country. We must not allow ICE agents even more power.

Contact your legislators now and ask them to vote NO on SB 452.
